Rose cultivation technical regulations

I. Soil selection The choice of groundwater level is low. The soil is loose, fertile and well drained. It is rich in organic matter. The soil is rich in neutral acid soils. The effective soil layer is 80-100 cm. The pH value is 5.5-6.5; EC value. The planting time should be below 0.6 and the flowering period should be below 1.0.
Second, fertilization is mainly organic fertilizer, supplemented by chemical fertilizers, and trace elements are used together.
Third, cultivation management technology
1. Variety selection According to the local climatic conditions and market demand, choose the varieties that are resistant to heat and heat, winter and spring, winter and spring, resistant to disease and high yield, and reasonably arrange the proportion of flowers and flowers.
2. Preparation before planting
2.1 Soil Improvement For the more alkaline soil, the soil should be improved by combining deep-turning materials such as manure, compost, dregs, chaff, and sawdust, etc. with sufficient decomposing; soil and soil such as ash and lime can be used to improve the soil in the acidic soil. The soil depth should be more than 40 cm.
2.2 Site preparation
1.3 meters a ridge, the whole width of 60 cm wide, 30-40 cm high, sulcus width 40 cm to 50 cm, require the formation of smooth surface.
2.3 Applying basal fertiliser 3000 kg of fully-fertilized organic fertilizer and 50 kg of superphosphate and 50 kg of compound fertilizer are applied per mu.
2.4 soil disinfection each? O should be evenly sprayed with 40% formalin 50 times 400 ml to 500 ml, covered with a plastic film, sealed plastic film after 2 days to 3 days, used after ventilation for 2 weeks; or 30 mg/m2 Sprinkle lime powder in a dose of 40 mg/m2 and mix well.
2.5 seedlings are selected to use grafted seedlings or cuttings seedlings, seedlings robust, without pathogens, worms original. Cuttage seedlings should be replaced after 2 to 3 years, and grafted seedlings should be replaced after 4 to 5 years.
2.6 Planting 2 rows of each pod, spacing 15 cm to 25 cm, spacing 40 cm. When planting, the roots of the plants should be scattered around, and the grafting interface should be 1 cm to 2 cm above the topsoil.
2.7 Planting time should be planted in March-April, and flowering usually starts 6 months after planting.
IV. Management after planting
1. Summer heatstroke control, ventilation and dehumidification, timely dredging and drainage, thin fertilizer application, strengthen pest control, pruning management according to non-productive flowering period, and keeping the leaves intact.
2. Autumn management Strengthen fertilizer and water management, promote plant growth, transfer to pruning management at the flowering stage, and promote flowering buds.
3. Winter management Closed greenhouses, insulation, moisturizing, in order to improve the production and quality of rose cut flowers, at the same time, pay attention to weather changes, timely ventilation.
4. Cultivation environment monitoring In the greenhouse, a representative selection of 3 to 5 points placed temperature and humidity meter, daily record temperature and humidity and light intensity, as the light intensity and temperature and humidity control basis.
5. The illumination intensity control light should be sufficient, and the light intensity should be 25000 lux to 50000 lux.
6. The optimum temperature for temperature and humidity control is 24°C~26°C during the day and 14°C~16°C during the night. When the temperature in the greenhouse is higher than 28°C, cooling measures such as ventilation and shade should be taken promptly, and winter measures must be implemented according to the weather conditions. The optimum relative humidity for air growth is 50% to 80%.
7. Moisture management Rose is a big fertilizer crop, clean water should be used for irrigation, and water should be poured onto the roots. Water spray should be sprayed 1-2 minutes at noon every day at 1-2 o'clock noon after planting. Increase air humidity; keep soil moist after planting. In winter, it is watered once every 4 days to 6 days, and once every 2 days to 3 days in summer.
8. Nutritive management The growth period of stems and leaves is appropriately applied with nitrogen fertilizer, and phosphorus and potash fertilizers are applied at the flowering stage. The ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium should be 3:1:1 in the growth period and 1:1:1 in the flowering period. Appropriate to supplement trace elements, or fertilize organic fertilizers. Fast-acting fertilizers are applied once every 10 days to 15 days, and slow-effect organic fertilizers are applied once every 1.5 months to 2 months, in combination with appropriate balanced irrigation. Foliar fertilization has a good auxiliary effect, spraying 0.2% ~ 0.4% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution during flowering period.
Five trim
1. Trimming methods The pruning on the branches should be a flat mouth, the cut should be at the top of the section, the edge of the cut edge should be slightly higher than about 0.2 cm, and the lower edge of the cut surface should be higher than the position of the bud root. Bud root 0.5 cm ~ 3 cm distance is appropriate.
2. In the non-producing flowering period, dry branches, diseased and diseased branches, rootstock branches, staggered dense branches, blind branches, residual flowers, lateral buds and the like are cut off at any time. If the plant is in the period of seedling or flowering, or the growth period of the plant is weak, the fallen leaves will be severe, and the dense branches and blind branches will be retained temporarily to facilitate the restoration of the plant's growth. When cutting, scissor cuts close to the base of the branches, leaving no stumps. The leggy sticks from the minister of the base must be cut at the base of the shoots at a height of 0.5 cm to 3 cm above the shoots of 30 cm to 50 cm depending on the sprouting force of the axillary buds among the varieties, and cultivated as the new main branch. Generally cultivated roses have 4 to 7 main branches.

Attenuated Vaccines (Live)

Influenza Vaccine, Live, Nasal, Freeze-dried is a cooperative project with the WHO, which has been included in Global Action Plan for Influenza Vaccines (GAP)[1]. Hundreds of millions of doses have been used in the world, and Changchun BCHT Biotechnology Co. has the exclusive right of production and

operation in China.

Intranasal spray administration, no injection and no pain

The vaccine is inoculated by nasal spray, equipped with nasal spray device, and only needs to spray once a year in two nostrils to prevent influenza.

Mucosal immunity + Cellular immunity + Humoral immunity

After influenza virus attacks human body, it widely exists in nasal cavity, respiratory tract and other mucosal parts, as well as in body fluids and cells.

Vaccination of Influenza Vaccine, Live, Nasal, Freeze-dried can quickly stimulate the triple immune response of human body, and carry out defense

against viruses in different parts:

·Intranasal administration can produce mucosal immunity (IgA antibody), which forms the first immune defense line in the nasal cavity.

·Produce humoral immunity (IgG antibody) to remove influenza virus from body fluids.

·Produce cellular immunity (T cells) to remove influenza virus from cells

3+N More extensive protection

The production strains are recommended and supplied by the WHO every year.

The vaccine can not only effectively resist the vaccine strain, but also produce cross immunity to other subtypes of influenza virus.

Produced with SPF embryonated eggs

SPF

The chick embryos for vaccine production comes from SPF (specific pathogen free) chicken flocks, so the risk of exogenous pathogenic microorganism

pollution is excluded.

Free of inactivator, split agent and preservative

High protection and fast antibody production

This is the first influenza vaccine in China that has been evaluated by the protection effect of etiology in clinical stage. The protective effect of phase III

clinical trial is consistent with the literature.

First, the immune barrier was formed in the nasal mucosa after LAIV vaccination. It has been reported that the antibody of nasal mucosa can be

produced in 3 days, which greatly shortens the time for vaccine to produce

protective effect.
