First, the adjustment of the microscope:

1. Plug the power plug into the 220V/50HZ socket and turn on the power switch on the back of the instrument base. The side of the pedestal dimming hand wheel makes the transmitted light of the instrument continuously adjustable.

2 , install a 10 × objective lens, observe from the eyepiece tube and adjust the aperture of the condenser aperture under the workbench, so that the size of the aperture stop spot is the same as the aperture of the back end of the objective lens.

3. Place the specimen on the moving table and clamp it with the specimen clamp.

4 , install a 10 × eyepiece, observe through the binocular tube, adjust the coarse micro-motion focusing hand wheel to make the right eyepiece image clear, then turn the dioptric adjustment ring on the left eyepiece tube to make the left eye mirror image clear. This design accommodates differences in vision between different operators or the left and right eyes.

5. When converting to other magnification objective, there is still contour imaging in the field of view, and the focus adjustment hand wheel is fine-tuned to make the image clear.

6. Adjust the aperture stop for better contrast in imaging. (Equipped with a model with a lifting concentrator, a lifting concentrator will make the imaging better).

Second, the use of microscope:

1. The microscope high-power objective lens ( 40 × and 100 ×) is spring-loaded to avoid damage to the objective lens and the specimen due to improper focusing, but it should be avoided when using it. During the focusing process, the workbench is quickly raised by coarse-focusing, and when the specimen is approached, the micro-motion is adjusted, and the collision between the field of view and the objective lens and the specimen is taken into consideration, and the image is slowly adjusted.

2. In order to compensate for the absorption of high rate by the air medium, when using a 100 × oil immersion objective lens, a small drop of synthetic immersion oil should be applied to the surface of the specimen to form an oil immersion between the objective lens and the specimen. Toluene test is clean, so as to avoid the long-term synthetic oil immersion and solidification, which is easy to remove and affect the use.

3. The moving table has a ruler in both vertical and horizontal directions. The reading value of the cursor is 0.1 mm, and the movement amount of the specimen can be determined during operation. The condenser lens holder under the workbench is also equipped with a color filter holder, a translation bracket, and a color filter to accommodate different specimens and effects.
