Regarding the sampling point position, when the material is sampled at rest, the sampling points should be distributed as much as possible at each position of the material. If it is possible to sample in the motion stream of the mixture, the analytical results obtained from sampling at rest are accurate. Therefore, in the case of conditions permit (such as better mixing time has been determined), sampling in the mixer export logistics is good.
Third, the ribbon mixer test will take samples, chemical or physical methods to determine the content of each component (especially the key component - tracer): X. If the number of samples is 5, 5 results are detected: X1; X2; X3; X4; X5. The method of detection should be determined by the nature of the components, the purpose of the mixing, and the actual conditions.
