At the signing ceremony, the three parties of the Medical Institute, Shenzhen Sharing Investment and the Sorgao Venture Capital Group signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement and signed a letter of intent for investment in the first batch of four scientific research achievement transformation projects. At the same time, an unveiling ceremony was held for the selected project of the fund, Suzhou Guoke Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. The total size of the investment funds signed this time is 300 million yuan, with a focus on investing in medical and health projects, and giving priority to investing in medical device technology innovation and results transformation projects that have been reviewed by medical institutes. The fund was jointly established by Shenzhen Sharing and the Sorgao Venture Capital Group, and Shenzhen shared responsibility for fund operation and management. Up till now, medical institutions have established four high-tech companies, namely Shike Shikai, Changguanghua Medical, Changguang Hualei, and Changguanghuaxin, in the form of intangible assets.
