However, what needs to be seen is that, despite the repeated emphasis of the relevant departments, intensive inspections, the food safety of student cafeterias remains worrying. For example, the current situation of poor hardware construction and software management in school cafeterias in our province is still severe, and food safety issues are relatively prominent. Some school cafeteria facilities and equipment are aging, unreasonable layout and management are not in place, food hygiene incidents are frequent, and 13.2% are The student cafeteria was found to have no food business license. It can be said that food safety risks are very serious.

As the saying goes, "If you are not afraid of 10,000, you will be afraid of it." For student canteens, any “in case of failure” can lead to food safety problems. As a result, food safety issues in student cafeterias are frequent. According to incomplete statistics, in the last 10 days or so, several food safety problems in student cafeterias have been exposed. For example, on May 7th, a student from Hunan Hengyang Normal University ate dead mice in the student canteen in the East Campus; on the same day, Hengyang City, Hunan Province The parents of more than 20 students from Xingyuan School in Hengshan County had found that during the visit of the school, the rice had become yellow and moldy, dried radish, moldy pepper, and rot of cucumber; on May 11th, more than 200 students from the Xi’an Translation Institute experienced vomiting and diarrhea. She was sent to the hospital for treatment. A total of 86 students were admitted to the hospital and were initially diagnosed as "acute gastroenteritis" by the expert's clinical consultation. On May 13th, a student of Hainan Normal University ate at the dining room of the Jinpeng apartment. The student cafeteria food safety incidents issued by the students have further illustrated the urgency and severity of the food safety problems in student cafeterias. Related departments and schools must draw lessons and pay attention to them.

Security is more important than Mount Tai. It is even more necessary to prevent it. The protection of school cafeteria food safety, in particular, needs prevention. School canteens are the key prevention and control units for food poisoning. The reason why some student cafeterias have food safety problems lies in the fact that relevant responsible units and management departments only pay attention to investigations afterwards, but they usually neglect management, and supervision and preventive measures are not fully implemented. This leaves a "security hole." Not long ago, the two departments of our province jointly issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Food Safety Work in School Canteens", requesting food safety as an important pre-approval condition for kindergartens, conducting investigation and punishment against unlawfully operated illegal school canteens in accordance with the law, and supervising them. The school conducts self-examination of food safety in school canteens and investigates hidden dangers in food safety. These are important measures for solving food safety problems and preventing and controlling food safety accidents. Only if the system is strictly enforced, can the relevant responsible persons be forced to strengthen their sense of responsibility for food safety, thereby effectively blocking the security loopholes and eliminating security risks.

However, if the most stringent system is not implemented, it will be a dead letter; if the most ignorant problem is not resolved, it will lead to a tragic tragedy. The frequent occurrence of security accidents in student dining halls in some localities is due to the fact that the relevant departments do not pay enough attention to problems that have already been discovered. They often “close one eye with one eye” and “put a horse on it”, thus missing the opportunity for governance. Caused the tragedy to occur; some departments thought that they had issued a rectification notice and fulfilled their supervisory responsibilities. Regardless of the follow-up rectification of the school canteens in the school, regardless of whether the law enforcement had become a "paper soldier," or "reconciling", it was difficult to Actual results, so that the security risks that should be eliminated become security incidents. Such cases are not uncommon. The root cause lies in the lack of due diligence of the relevant departments and law enforcement personnel. Only strictest standards, strictest supervision, strictest penalties, and most serious accountability can be strictly guarded against stalking, and the moment can't be loosened.
