Rapid cutting propagation of Taxus

Taxus chinensis is a national first-class protected plant belonging to the evergreen tree, which is mostly distributed in the northern hemisphere. Its skin, stem, leaf and root can be extracted with a special substance for the treatment of cancer—paclitaxel. We introduced yew in the spring of 1996 and succeeded. The cutting propagation technology is now described as follows:
First, during the cutting period, Taxus chinensis can be propagated three times in March, July and January.
Second, if you want to insert cuttings of yew to reduce the amount of plugs, pots can be used to insert, large amount of plugging should be built. The cutting bed is generally 2.5 meters wide, with 30 centimeters wide walkway in the middle, surrounded by bricks about 20 centimeters wide, with 10 centimeters at each edge, a layer of coarse sand about 20 centimeters thick, and a small amount of nutrient soil after disinfection. . The bed is framed by arches and covered with a plastic film to keep it moisturized.
Third, the preparation of cuttings generally use annual or current year about 10 cm long yew branches for cuttings. Use branches or a sharp knife to remove the leaves at the bottom l/3 of the cuttings, bundle them into 100 pieces per 50 ton and immerse them in ABT rooting powder at a concentration of l00xl0-6 for about 6 hours. Remove them after washing with clean water. Plug in.
Fourth, cuttings nursery and transplanting cutting line spacing 3-5 cm, spacing 1 cm. In March, the seedlings were cut and cut, sprayed once after the cuttings, covered with plastic film to insulate and moisturize, and covered with shade nets to cool down. When the temperature of the cutting bed exceeds 25°C, it must be ventilated and cooled. It is necessary to spray water on the cutting bed at noon on sunny days. In July, the seedlings were cut and cut, and after the cuttings were sprayed with water for 1 time, the plastic nets could be directly covered with shade nets. On sunny days, several times of water should be sprayed every day. After a half month of cutting, water can be sprayed on sunny days at noon. Generally, the rooting of the cuttings is checked before and after October 1. If the cuttings have already taken root, the seedlings can be transplanted. After the seedlings are sprayed, the water is sprayed one time and the shade net is covered. After 1 month, it can be safely exposed through the winter. In November, the seedlings were cut and cut, sprayed once after the cuttings, covered with plastic film insulation, and shaded nets were added in March of the following year. After that, the management was transplanted in March. In May, cuttings begin to take root, and in July they can be transplanted.

ADV Nucleic Acid Test Kit

Human adenovirus has 51 serotypes, 6 subgroups A-F, and the genome is a linear double-stranded DNA molecule. Groups B, C, and E are associated with respiratory infections; groups A and F are associated with gastrointestinal infections, groups D and E are associated with eye infection; and groups D and E are associated with kidney and urinary tract infections. Adenovirus is acid-resistant, so it can continue to remain active through the gastrointestinal tract.
