The entire filling system consists of a filling valve, a control valve, a filling head, a bracket, a guide rail, a pneumatic actuator, and a control system.

(2) After the anti-drip filling is completed, the material remaining on the surface of the filling head can be drained for a certain period of time, so that the material will drip to the outside of the container and cause pollution. It is quick and easy to open and close, easy to clean and seal well, effectively preventing the dripping of the filling head during the filling process.
(3) The filling machine can be fine-tuned. For different batches of materials at different temperatures, the possible measurement error can be solved by fine-tuning.
