Process and characteristics of automatic spray filling machine

The automatic spray filling machine can feed the bottle into the aliquoting turntable through the conveyor belt, and the pulling plate on the turntable pulls the bottle into each station in an orderly manner, and then automatically puts the cover, punches and seals, and is provided at the corresponding station. The proximity switch detects the position signal and performs different operations. The automatic line realizes the above actions through electric, pneumatic and mechanical transmission.
The entire filling system consists of a filling valve, a control valve, a filling head, a bracket, a guide rail, a pneumatic actuator, and a control system.
(1) Filling system accuracy: The accuracy of the filling system mainly depends on the accuracy of the metering pump, the filling speed and the stability of the system.
(2) After the anti-drip filling is completed, the material remaining on the surface of the filling head can be drained for a certain period of time, so that the material will drip to the outside of the container and cause pollution. The filling system is designed with a pneumatic shut-off valve and has a simple structure. It is quick and easy to open and close, easy to clean and seal well, effectively preventing the dripping of the filling head during the filling process.
(3) The filling machine can be fine-tuned. For different batches of materials at different temperatures, the possible measurement error can be solved by fine-tuning.
