First, the cause of the disease
Bacteria tube transformation is the physiological process of mushroom mycelium development, and it is also a sign of physiological maturation of mycelium. Appropriate conditions for the color change of the fungus tube: the temperature is 18°C to 24°C, the air humidity is 80% to 85%, there is a certain amount of scattered light, and the ventilation is good. If the room temperature exceeds 25°C during the color change, and the high temperature continues for a long time, the yellow bacteria and the pigment may be secreted by the bacteria tube to form a thick paste-like fungus. The thick bacilli formed can insulate the air, causing the mycelium to lose oxygen and not to grow mushrooms.
Second, prevention and control measures
(a) beat method. When the fungus grows and matures, to the mushrooming season, find an egg-sized rock or a wooden stick, and evenly beat it from the end of the fungus tube to the other end, and hit the points in two rows. The clumps knocked 6 points, and the singles knocked 8 points. After being beaten, the fungus tube is placed in the mushroom shed, and the fungal skin of the beaten fungus tube is cracked by the shock pressure, so that the air inside the mushroom tube is circulated, and the internal mycelium is stimulated to accelerate kinking to form the primordium. After hitting the fungus tube, the mushroom is neat, without malformation mushrooms.
(b) Puncture method. Using a 6-8 mm wire, pierce 3 holes at both ends of the tube, piercing a hole in the middle of the tube and piercing the hole. Pierce the hole and then hit the fungus tube, then place the cold water soaked with mushrooms.
(c) Fumigation method. The thick bacterial tuber was concentrated in a bacterial shed. When the temperature dropped to 15°C at night, the tarpaulin was covered and two charcoal braziers were placed in the shed, spaced 4 meters apart. The pot was filled with diesel oil to fully burn the diesel fuel. At about 10 o'clock the next day, when the temperature rises, open the ventilation membrane. This method can make the bacterial skin softened, smooth fruiting.
(D) sunshine heat preservation and budding method. If the temperature is too low for the mushroom to reach the mushrooming requirement, the fungus tube can be piled up in a sunny place outdoors, covered with a film, and the temperature can be increased by light. When the temperature of the tuber pile rises to 20°C, the tube is soaked in cold water so that the tube absorbs water to a suitable moisture content. Then, the water on the surface of the tube is removed and the tube is piled up and covered. The film is exposed to light and moisturizes the buds for 5 to 8 days, and the bacterial buds can be formed quickly. This method has a good effect on the bacterial tuber with thick fungal skin and dried bacteria surface.
