Method for determination of avermectin residues in food--Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

Food safety analysis workflow
Thermo Scientific Life Science MS not only has a long tradition of technology, but also continues to innovate. Quadrupole mass analysis of true conjugate hyperboloids that fits the perfect theoretical electric field of a textbook is used on all TSQ® triple quadrupole mass spectrometers. Since launching the world's first triple quadrupole MS/MS (TSQ®) mass spectrometer in 1980, TSQ® triple quadrupole mass spectrometer has been widely used in environmental protection, agriculture, quarantine, food safety, etc. Analytical testing, fully capable of testing routine testing of large-volume samples of crops, livestock and poultry products, dairy products and related processed foods, such as pesticide residues in food, veterinary drug residues, mycotoxins, additives, nutritional supplements and organic pollutants And other projects to help you easily meet the increasingly stringent regulatory requirements.

summary
Avermectin is a widely used agricultural or veterinary insecticide and acaricide. Commercially available avermectin is abmectin as the main insecticidal component (Avermectin B1a+B1b, wherein B1a is not less than 90% and B1b is not more than 5%), and is calibrated by the sum of B1a and B1b.
In this paper, the instrument method for rapid detection of avermectin residues was developed with reference to GB/T 21320-2007, Ministry of Agriculture No. 1025 Announcement-5-2008 and Ministry of Agriculture No. 1486 Announcement-5-2010, and external standard method was used for quantification.

* Special note: In positive mode, there is also Avermectin B1a+Na peak (m/z 895.39). However, the addition of Na peak abundance is affected by many factors, and it should be used for quantitative determination. In negative mode, there is Avermectin B1a-H peak (m). /z 871.48), sometimes the minus H peak is also selected for quantification.

in conclusion
GB2763-2014 The maximum residue limit for avermectin is specified as 0.01-0.5mg/kg. This method can fully meet the requirements of domestic and international regulations for sensitivity and reproducibility of conventional regulations.
