Tip 1 : Consistency
A constant rhythm, speed and technique are required when pressing and releasing the locating pin.
Excessive pipetting speed can cause the sleeve and piston to splash, create aerosols and contamination, and even lead to loss of sample volume.
If we are able to maintain consistency during pipetting, the pipetting accuracy of the pipette can be increased by up to 5% .
Tip 2 : Fill the tip correctly
