The weight after the first soaking is 100% - 110%% of the weight of the cultivation of the fungus bar, and the spring bag is 90% - 105%% of the weight when cultivated. Each flood will reduce the weight of soaking water by about 15%%.
Temperature differences and buds: Choose day and night temperature of 8 °C -20 °C sunny bag dip mushroom, night must occur below 12 °C low temperature, moderate temperature strains require 14 °C -16 °C low temperature. In the end of the water-impregnated rod, a linear drain hole is drilled. The drain hole ends downwards, and it is discharged on a sunny, leeward surface. Precautions 1 The moisture content of the mushroom bar used in the above method should be 35% to 55%. For the bacteria bar with a moisture content of less than 35%, a small amount of water and bacteria should be supplied in advance. The bacteria bar with a water content higher than 55% should be properly shortened or not soaked.
2 Temperature difference During the warming of the bud, check once every 30 minutes. Over 35 °C should be immediately cooled.
