How to determine wheat wax cooked? Observe that the grain kernels are generally different shades of orange. After cutting with a knife, the cross-section is waxy and slightly hard. Only the abdomen is slightly soft, and the fasting near the abdominal groove has disappeared. The back of the grain can still be squeezed with slight nail prints. In order to judge more accurately, we must select the representative ear of this land, and then take the middle grain of the ear for testing, because the same spike wheat is not matured at the same time, but it gradually matures from the top down.
