Keep kiwi seedlings

After the winter leaves, the seedlings are planted. After the seedlings are cut, the long or injured roots are cut off, and the seedlings are kept in winter for storage. It is usually kept in a pseudo-groove that maintains a certain humidity. The false planting should be selected in the leeward, sunny, and dry places. The groove width is 1250px to 2500px, and the depth of the groove and the length of the groove are determined according to the height of the seedling and the seedling volume. When digging more than two pseudo-grooves, the distance between the grooves should be above 3750px. Wet sand or wet fine soil at the bottom of the ditch is 250px thick, and the seedling is slightly facing south. According to the type of rootstock, variety and seedling level, the obvious mark is made. It is buried obliquely in the fake planting ditch and filled with wet sand or wet fine soil. .

Packaged kiwi seedlings

Before the kiwi seedlings are transported, they are wrapped with straw, straw curtains, sacks and straw ropes. 50 packs per pack, or according to the quantity required by the seedling unit, the dry seedlings and roots should be filled with Moisturizing materials to achieve no mildew, no rotten, no dry, no freezing, and no damage. For long-distance transportation, the mud should be applied to the root before packaging. Seedling labels should be attached inside and outside the package. See Appendix A for the contents of the label. Number of female plants: Male plants should be 8:1, and female and male seedlings should be packaged separately.

Transporting kiwi seedlings

Kiwi seedlings should be transported in a timely manner. Covered with canvas canopy during transportation, it should be protected from rain, freeze, dry and fire. After arriving at the destination, it should be received in time and planted or faked in time. Each package of seedlings has a built-in label indicating the variety, rootstock, grade, number of plants, origin, production unit, packaging date and other items. Transportation seedlings must hold "seedling quality inspection certificate" and "seedling quarantine certificate"
