In order to avoid human faults and accidents caused by improper maintenance, prevent natural faults and accidents in all aspects of fans and motors, so as to fully utilize the efficiency of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the maintenance of the fan must be strengthened.

(1) Fan maintenance work system

Fan maintenance personnel must pay attention to the following points:

1. It can be operated only when the fan equipment is completely normal.

2. If the fan equipment is started after the inspection, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the parts of the fan are normal.

3. Regularly remove dust, dirt, water and other impurities inside the fan and gas transmission pipeline, and prevent corrosion.

4. Repair of the fan equipment is not allowed during operation.

(2) Precautions during normal operation of the fan

1. If the flow is found to be too large, it does not meet the requirements for use, or a small amount of flow is required in a short time, and the throttle device can be used to adjust to meet the requirements for use.

2, the bearing box should be regularly checked for oil changes, and note that the temperature must not exceed the specified value.

3. Check immediately when the fan is found to be abnormal during driving, parking or operation.

4. For the minor faults found in the inspection, the cause should be identified in time and managed to eliminate or deal with it. If the minor fault cannot be eliminated or a major fault is found, it should be repaired immediately.

5. In addition to replacing the lubricating oil after each disassembly, the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.
