It is reported that the "Digital Diagnostic Equipment R & D" special project aims to seize the opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution in the health field, with early diagnosis, accurate diagnosis, minimally invasive treatment, precision treatment as the direction, multimodal molecular imaging, large radiotherapy equipment, etc. Focusing on ten major strategic products, the system strengthens core components and key technologies, and focuses on breaking through a number of leading-edge technologies, and jointly promotes testing technology improvement, standard system construction, application solutions, and demonstration application evaluation research to accelerate the work. The integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain in the field of medical devices in China has promoted the overall advancement of digital diagnostic and medical equipment in China.

The “Digital Diagnostic Equipment R&D” specializes in four tasks: frontier and common technology innovation, major equipment research and development, application solution research, application demonstration and evaluation research. There are 20 key directions. Each research direction clarifies specific implementation plans such as research content, assessment indicators, implementation period, and number of projects to be supported.
