Nest honey, also known as honeycomb honey or plaid honey, maintains the flavor and aroma of honey and can be eaten directly. Nest honey is a combination of propolis, royal jelly, pollen, honey and baby bees. It is not only nutritious but also has health benefits. Nest honey production costs are high and the production process is more complicated, which is favored by people in the world market.
First, there are three conditions for producing nest honey.
1, the honey source is sufficient: the honey is stable and the honey is not easy to crystallize, the color is light, and the smell is aromatic.
2, the equipment is good: need to be equipped with a certain number of nest honey followers, nest honey, nest honey box and nest honey frame.
3, the bee colony is strong: to choose 12 box bees above healthy and disease-free bee colony with high quality bee king to produce nest honey. When the main honey source is flowering, the original step box is removed, and the queen bee and the large spleen are left in the nest box. The excess nest spleen (including some eggs and spleen) will be transferred to other bee colonies after the bee is shaken. Finally, the nest honey on the nest box is added to the nest honey and then managed.
Second, the work content of the production of lattice nest honey
1, add nest honey spleen and honey storage
An area where two honey sources are connected can use the former honey source to make the spleen and then the honey source to store the honey; only one main honey source area should feed the bee colony with honey water to accelerate the spleen before the main honey source does not flow honey. When using the nest honey frame to produce nest honey, two nest honey step boxes (shallow box) are used, and each layer of nest honey is placed in a row of three rows of nest honey frame, and the upper and lower sides are placed opposite to the cover spleen. When the nest honey box is half honey, the cover spleen is put back into the nest box, and the nest honey frame is concentrated in a nest honey box, and the empty step box is removed while the second nest honey step box is added.
The second nest honey is added to the first nest honey box, and the second nest honey is moved to the first nest honey after the nest honey spleen in the box. Below the box is above the nest box. When the second nest honey is filled with more than half of the honey, add the third nest honey box according to the above method. Continue to add the fourth and fifth nest honey box analogy.
2, control the heat of the bee
The production of nest honey is a selection of powerful bee colonies. During the production period, the two boxes are reduced to one box. When only one nest honey is added to the box, it is easy to promote the natural bee. There are two ways to control the bee:
(1) The bee colony that produces nest honey must use the excellent queen bee that was cultivated in the same year. Check the bee colony once every 5-7 days, destroy all the found Wangtai in time, and let the bee colony produce royal jelly to expand the nest door. If necessary, the spleen that has just been capped by the nest honey production group is exchanged with the spleen of the general bee colony larvae.
(2) If a group of bees that produce nest honey is found, it will be destroyed immediately, and every three or four days will be examined. In the second inspection, you may find more kings. At this time, the queen bee should be killed and all the kings should be destroyed. On the eighth day after the removal of the queen bee, after destroying all the kings, they lured into a mature king or a new spawning queen.
3, flat cover
Bees are accustomed to spleen in the same direction. Putting honey in the back half of the spleen, the first half of the spleen is stored less, or because the amount of honey flowing outside is too large or the amount of feeding is too small, the phenomenon of uneven cover is likely to occur. To this end, the frame for the production of nest honey should be designed with a thin plate to control the bee road to prevent the bees from arbitrarily increasing the honey room; each time the nest honey is checked and adjusted, the nest honey is placed in the box and then placed in the head to make the bees spleen and evenly stored. When the main honey source is large, the honey box is added in time; when feeding, according to the honey storage situation, the appropriate feeding amount and feeding time are mastered.
When the main honey source is about to end, some of the nest honey in the beehive has not been fully filled or has not been completed, and can be fed with the same variety of honey, 1.5kg each time in the morning and evening. If the honey is full of honey but not capped, it can be fed at night to promote the closure. If the middle of the nest honey is beginning to be capped, the surrounding area is still not full and then fed in limited quantities and the feeding amount should not be too large. It is not advisable to cover the fabric during the ventilation period.
4, harvesting and packaging
When the nest honey is full of honey and has been capped, it must be taken out in time. Do not leave the bee colony for a long time to prevent the wax cover from being stained by the bees. When harvesting nest honey and using a bee brush to expel the bees attached to the spleen, the action should be light to avoid damage to the wax cover. Batch harvesting can be used to remove the bees or blown bees. It is not possible to use the smoker to drive the bees to prevent the bees from being stimulated, sucking the honey and soot to contaminate the wax cover. After harvesting the nest honey, use a thin stainless steel blade to cut off the edges of the honey and the propolis, waxy tumors and other stains on the corners. The propolis stains that cannot be scraped off can be wiped with gauze dipped in alcohol. They are packaged in cellophane or non-toxic plastic film, placed in a cardboard box with a window or in a non-toxic transparent plastic box.
The hive has no artificial processing, is not easy to be doped, is fake and polluted, has higher content of melamine and higher content of hydroxymethylfurfural and heavy metal, so it is more advanced than the separation of honey. The hive is directly chewed and eaten, and 20-30 g each time for chewing for 5 minutes, spit out wax residue.
